Hi, I am a Network Administrator For a newly formed IRC network, (irc.WorldGamers.Net) -- Im also a Guild Wars player and i have noticed there is no solid "official" IRC channel for Guild Wars -- I wish you ask the Guild Wars community to come to our network and give us a chance... we require Staff for our Guild Wars channel, and obviously Users...

We have the best admins you will ever meet (Really friendly ).. we offer various services such as.. free Ventrilo(2.1.4) and TS2 Channels for Clan/Guild Channel registration (must have at-least 5 active members in the channel to qualify) -- We offer a FREE (GameSurge Charge) V-Host Service.. (Your host mask [email protected]hing) You can customise that (no domain names/profanity)

as I said, its a new IRC Network, so our user count is limited at the moment, but i believe it would help both the Guild Wars community, and Us (WorldGamers.Net) if we all work together and get an IRC channel up... People can come for support, can come to meet other players and arrange Party's to play in etc.. maybe even open a Guild recruiting channel.. the possibilities are endless.. another point is, not everyone likes using forums, so it is also another Avenue..

Channel: #GuildWars

To Register your nick: - /nickserv register ACCOUNT PASSWORD
Once registered.. to auth: - /auth ACCOUNT PASSWORD
to register a channel: - (must have nick registered) /msg g register #Channel
(You can have a max of 3 channels registered to 1 account)
We also support SSL connects, join the #Support channel on the server for more information..

To get IRC access. Windows Users Download mIRC (www.mirc.com) - Linux Users i would reccomend XChat - and mac... im un-sure
